Pelosi is not "in charge of the USA" as you say. She is the new Speaker of the House, but cannot act to do anything alone, including bringing the troops home.
Secondly, do you really want a sudden pull out of our troops? Have you considered the overall ramifications for Iraq if we do that?
At the very least, they will have a civil war that is likely to last a very long time. Even worse would be the invitation for Iran to march into Iraq and take over.
Short-sighted people should not be Speaker of the House. Anyone suggesting simple answers to the situation in Iraq is a fool who has not thought about the history or present dangers involved. There are no simple answers.

Unless I'm misreading the Constitution, the Speaker of the House is not the Commander in Chief.

She is speaker of the house. She is not president. Even the outlet that manufactured documents to make the REAL president, GWB look bad (That is, CBS), admitted there is not realistically much that can be done by the congress at this point to majorly change foreign policy.
