For inexpensive I would say Forever 21 or Urban Outfitters. Tons of trendy and very cheap stuff on Ebay, of course.

I would go to www.forever21.com. If you have ever been to their stores, you know that they are extremely trendy and inexpensive. The average price of a shirt is $13.80.
Also, you can try eBay, as well. There are alot of boutiques that sell trendy clothing as well as independent users who sell Brand New and/or slightly used clothing.
For accessories, try www.sammoon.com. Great accessories, purses, hairgoods, etc. at low prices.

I have to agree Forever 21 has awesome hip clothing for a great price along with Old Navy

If you don't mind second hand clothes see if there is a Plato's Closet in your area. They are a consignment store, but only accept current styles and they have to be in good condition.

There is also a store that is like Forever 21, called Wet Seal. It is my favorite place!! I also like New York & Company. They always have sales and deals.

Im sure that you have a job and like to dress nice when your there but also like to look fashionable. I would say shopping at American Eagle would be good for you.
