Didn't the Speakeress in waiting VOW there would be no impeachment hearings, or was that just another lie? I'd bet she would love to waste all that time and taxpayers money to hold her kangaroo court to make the Demon-rats feel better! Of course there is no charges that could be proven, beyond a reasonable doubt.

WMDs? What about Sad Dam's nuclear documents that were on-line last week? That is proof that he DID have WMDs!

To start with an impeachment, you need to find enough evidence to convict him of committing "treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors". That is what is lacking here. There is no real evidence of illegal wrong-doing.

Some people point to the Downing Street Memo and say that Bush lied about WMD to justify the war in Iraq. Well, there is enough confusion in what that memo really means to prevent it from being any real evidence of anything. To make the WMD a crime, you will need to prove that Bush knew he was lying when he went before Congress. To do that you will need to find an intelligence report or something that says that Iraq has absolutely no weapons of mass destruction that you can prove that Bush had access to. This report does not exist because the world did not know for sure that Iraq had nothing. In fact, most of the world was pretty sure he did or was trying to develop something.

So, to start with impeachment, you will need a crime. You can't impeach based upon "well I just don't like what this president has done".

There are no rules or rules on presidential pardons, so recover from it. Clinton pardoned a hundred and forty people on his final day in place of work which includes his brother, Roger, & his spouse's business enterprise significant other, Susan McDougal plus a number of substantial drug sellers. Libby's jury asked different questions by using fact they have been perplexed over the regulations that should prepare. he grew to become into convicted of mendacity to a grand jury he in no way ought to have been pronounced as previously. Wilson outed his very own spouse for occupation progression & he's a huge fat liar. His spouse grew to become right into a peon who pushed papers & no person cared approximately her until her husband leaked it to a number of newshounds & set the capture hoping for the President. They have been given Libby - i'm hoping they do pardon him if it is going to become neccessary. Why enable a president pardon his brother - a 2 bit thug- & a securitues criminal that made him money a.ok.a. Clinton & no longer enable Bush pardon a depended on buddy.

as much as i'd LOVE to see Bush, Cheney et al frog walked to their impeachment hearings i just don't think the Dems have the time and resources to do it. and they perhaps would be correct. our beloved country is a mess. our Constitution is in tatters, we're bogged down in an unwinnable war, we're in debt up to our collective ears, the economy could falter at any minute and the environment is screaming in agony. impeachment proceedings would be an all encompassing distraction from the many MANY problems the Bush admin has caused.

i'd love to see those greedy neoCON corporate whores punished but there's far more pressing things that need attention.

Are you ready to start paying attention to the facts? You can start by researching legitimate reasons for someone to be impeached.
