V = hB/3
B = "pi"r^2
B= 3.1415... * 16ft^2
B= 3.1415... * 256 ft
B = 804.2477 sq ft
V = [275 ft * 804.2477 sq ft] / 3
V = 221168.1228 cu ft / 3
V = 73722.7076 cu ft

The volume of a cone is found by finding the area of teh circular base, multiplying if by the height, then dividing be 3. Or if you can cancel the 3 with one of the numbers, go ahead.
3.14(16)(16)(275)/3
3.14(256)(275)/3
221056/3=73685.333...cubic feet

area of base is pi * r^2 = 256 pi
volume is (1/3) (area of base )height
= (1/3)(256) pi (275)
typing into google search bar
(1/3)(256) pi (275)=
gives google's inbuilt calculator's result
(1 / 3) * 256 * pi * 275 = 73 722.7076

V = hB/3
v = [275( pi * 2(16))]/3
v = (275(100.48))/3
v = 9210 sq ft
