I just want to know if its a good gpa for a ninth grader. My gpa is 4.5 weighted. and 3.5 unweighted? Could getting B's lower my Gpa once i reach 12 grade.

Yes thats excellent. No B's should just maintain your GPA
English 2 honors
electives
AP Chemistry (if in US) OAC Chemistry (if in canada) take this if you get a final of an A or high B
Pre-Calc honors
next Social Studies class

If you are a ninth grader I wouldn't worry too much. I am a junior and so far this is the hardest year. I had been told it would be. However, your unweighted GPA is the GPA colleges will look at. I have honors classes as well, but I generally look at my unweighted GPA which is a 3.8.
If you are making "B's" in your honors classes and or AP classes, then you might want to think about just taking regular academic classes. It sounds like your load is too heavy, especially if you have a "C" in one of the subjects.
Honors classes are classes for people who are bored and unchallenged in regular academic classes. Unless you are making "A's" in these classes you probably should not take them.
Oh, also I calculated your GPA and it actually is 3.1 unweighted and 3.6 weighted. I don't see how you could have possibly come up with 4.5.
A's are worth 4 points
B's are worth 3 points
C's are worth 2 points
D's are worth 1 point
F's are worth 0 points
You add your points together then divide by the amount of subjects you have for the average (your GPA).

Most colleges won't look at your freshman year. Your 10th and 11th grade years are the most important and they will usually recalculate your GPA based just on your academic classes those years.
And yes, getting Bs will lower your GPA. All of your grades are averaged to make your GPA, so each grade you you receive on your transcript is averaged to make your GPA.
By the way, colleges only look at your unweighted GPA, so do your best and don't take too challenging of honors/AP classes if they are really bringing down your GPA.

i never heard of a gpa above 4.0--i thought that was prefect already, so i'm guessing that what you call "unweighted" is what is used as a rating for most colleges that you might want to get into one day. all i can say is, do your best, and you'll always know you did your best, and nobody can ask more than that. of course getting b's will lower your gpa, as it is updated every time you get a report card. but one or two b's in subjects that are not your specialty is not the end of the world.

Honey, I'm sorry to tell you this, but you must have made a mistake. Your GPA isn't a 4.5. Good luck in highschool.

Your GPA is wrong. I added it up. Sounds to me like you are just trying to brag. Although I don't see much to brag about.
