It all depends on where U stand with God. Those wo are Christians are said, in the Bible, to sleep in Christ until His return. Those who are unbelievers get their wish and go to an eternity without God in Hell. Jesus spent way more time teaching about Hell than Heaven, as if to emphasize the significance.Christians, after the 1st resurrection, spend eternity with God in Heaven. Unbelievers, after the 2nd resurrection and the great white throne of judgement, go to the Lake of fire.Your ultimate eternal destination is a result of how you exercise your free will -accept Christ or reject Him.

Some think you go to heaven or to hell, others think you get reincarnated to something else, like a bug maybe... so don't quash bugs you see. Others think you get recycled becoming part of the food chain and so forth. Since all of the above are but educated guesses except perhaps for the recycling concept, you should strive to have your heaven on earth. You can't go wrong with that.

Believe it or not, but you can not die. Because you are not your body, you are a spiritual being.
So, when your body gets old and dies, you, spirit, will get separated from it, probably will be upset for some time, because of that loss. :) But the good news are that shortly after, you will look for and find another body to live your next life with.

I believe what happens after u die is that rigamortis sets in and your body decays. Sorry just taking the mick.. I myself believe that my soul will go to purgatory {not heaven} Im no saint. and that I hope after some time I will pass the exams and go to Heaven to be with God and all my friends and family. Im not afraid of death because of my faith. I believe in the promise of Jesus. He died so we may live after death.. Dont be worried, & Dont be scared, You sound like a good person..

Your molecules return to the random nothingness from whence they came. While it might be nice to see long dead relatives or to live a life of eternal bliss, without proof, its just fanciful thinking.
And because the bible says its true is not proof. The idea of an afterlife helps cushion humans from the grim reality of their utter doom and annihilation.
