Depends on the density of the material...
For example, if you had 80 lbs of water:
Water is 8.33 lbs / gallon and 7.48 gallons per cu. ft.
80 / 8.33 = 9.6038 gallons
9.6038 / 7.48 = 1.284 cu. ft.
And there are 27 (3 x 3 x 3) cu. ft. in a cu. yd.
1.284 / 27 = 0.0476 cu. yds.
So 80 lbs of *water* is 0.0476 cu. yd. But for other materials it could be completely different. For example 80 lbs. of helium gas would take up lots more space and 80 lbs of platinum would take up less.

Concrete or feathers? In concrete, an 80 lb bag is 2/3 of a cubic foot, and 27 cubic feet is a yard. Do your own math. Feathers or helium are very different!

80 lbs is a mass. cubic yards is a volume. there is no way to tell the relationship between the two without knowing what material you are talking about.

pounds are either mass or force. Cubic yards are volume. You can not equate the 2.

The answer to this question depends on what substance you are talking about, because the density of that substance will determine how much space it occupies.
