No. for instance- the Inspector General's office which investigated the waste, fraud and abuse of funds for Rebuilding Iraq was recently (and secretively) disbanded in the latest arms services appropriations bill. So- they'll still be plenty of money for Bechtel to grab from the pockets of the taxpayer.

Strange now that we're hoping that Democrats will come in and stop the Republicans from wasting money. My, how times have changed.

is this an original though,, funny but true,,, Americans do live in a democracy,, hopefully Iraqis can learn from our success,, Republicans can learn from their mistakes,, but the GOP needs to be put out to pasture
