Just start exercising. Try renting different videos at your local library--it's free! Give yourself a break too because your body goes through a lot when you have a baby. It will take some time to get back to normal, but you can do it. Congrats on being a Mommy!

It took 7 or so mths to gain all that weight (I'm guessing the first 2mths you didnt gain anything) so dont expect to be back into your regular clothes until at least mth 7 pp. I was so overwhelmed with my baby I forgot to eat sometimes, add that to nursing and the weight just fell off. If you arent losing anything, maybe you should take a look at what you are eating, and drinking as well. I gained a lot from drinking an amazing amount of juice. I was always so thirsty, but instead of drinking water like I should have I took up orange juice instead. Lots of hidden calories that way. Eat more fruits and veggies, raw or steamed, and try to exercise of course. The daily walk in the stroller is a great idea if you havent already incorporated that in your routine. Dont worry too much about your weight, it will (hopefully) come off in time.

I lost my baby weight by giving up all sugar, honey, syrup, molasses, etc. I didn't eat anything with sugar in it- granola bars, muffins, etc. The weight melted off me so easily and I didn't even exercise. I actually got down to below my pre-pregnancy weight this way and I still got to eat cheese, meat, bread, potatoes, butter, etc. I also felt better, had more energy, and got rid of post-partum depression.

If you are nursing the weight should be falling off. If not then diet and exercise are the ways to go.

aside from breast feeding... just staying active and eating right. The same way you would lose weight from anything.
