are there any courses you can take that would help you find employment in these fields? in the UK

you can goto any local college and you start with a nvq2 in any of those you mention,this applies if you are a school leaver or a adult.once you have the nvq2 you will be set on by a employer

You don't need any qualifications. People aren't born knowing how to do anything. All companies know this and so they have apprenticeship or "learning" programs. You get paid less until you learn your trade. Hint: After you get good at whatever it is, you can greatly increase how fast you get raises in pay by company jumping every year or so until you reach what you should be getting.

You don't say how old you are! Can you not find a local firm that would give you an apprenticeship?
Also would help if you speak Polish.
