check out community actual components brokers' web pages. maximum of them could have a link to an index of all residences on the marketplace interior the section. seem for ones on your community that have the comparable good factors yours does (# of BR's, squarephotos, storage, # of baths, extras). you at the instant are not completed however. you're somewhat going to would desire to accomplish a little legwork. flow to 3 open properties on those places and verify them over heavily. Be ineffective truthful approximately how they tournament as much as yours and place your value for that reason. certainly, however, you're extra suitable off going with a realtor. you're desirous to sell w/o paying a realtor so which you will save the extra suitable few grand. difficulty is, your customer is going to seem at your place and say "i'm able to knock him down yet another couple grand because of the fact he does not would desire to pay a realtor". via the time you're completed merchandising, understanding each and all of the place of work work, and establishing your place to the well-known public, you are going to locate that the time and components you placed into the deal are not somewhat somewhat worth the pittance you will save via no longer likely by a realtor.

If your neighbor's house is listed with a realtor check the realtor's website. (Is there a sign in the yard?) If not, you'll have to wait until the sale is final, and check the county recorder of deeds, or tax assessor. Not all of them have websites, so this information may not be available on line, depending on where you live.

You can look at Realtor.com. You can't put in an address but if you know enough about their house you can narrow your search options down to find it. Or if you know what Real Estate office listed it, go to their website, I'm sure it will be advertised there.

Depending on where you live, you should be able to acecss your county auditor's website for very detailed information on homes in your area. For example, if you live in Madison county it would be something like, www.madisoncountyauditor.org.
