It shouldn't matter what happened in this election. He leaked classified info to publically damage a critic of his 'boy.'

I expect the trail of election tampering will lead back to him, now that there is some chance of investigation. Some of the crimes committed during the last election were committed by people in communication with a White House phone.

Well, Karl is a pretty shifty guy. Since he is probably running the entire government in the shadow of Mr. Bush, I'd say the chances of him running into serious trouble are slim for another couple of years.
