I love Spongebob Squar Pants.. and so do my kids.

I admit it... I do like Spongebob.
But it wasn't always this way. At first, I thought it was an annoying children's shows.
I tried to look away when the show is on television. I said that I was too mature for the silly jokes. I asked HOW could they possibly light a campfire underwater.
But then, slowly... I started to get drawn in. I'd find myself humming "F is for friend" in the car on the way to work (with no kids in the backseat!) I would suddenly begin speaking in a Patrick voice ("Gee Spongebob")
The thing that finally pushed me over the edge and made me realize that I was, indeed, a Spongebob freak, was when I picked up an ordinary yellow sponge at work and drew Spongebob on it.
I knew I had was hooked.
Now I know most episodes by heart. I can (almost) beat my kids at "Fact or Fishy" the Spongebob game, and I know all the words to the theme song:
Are you there kids? Eye eye, Captain.
I can't hear you. Eye, eye Captain!
OHHHHHHH
Who lives in a pineapple under the sea?
SpongeBob SquarePants!
:Absorbent and yellow and pourous is he!

Spongebob is extremely annoying and stupid. You just need to watch about 3 episodes to realize that all of them are basically the same. The characters are stupid and parts of the story does not make sense. (ie why would a squirrel be doing living under the sea and how did she get the technology to survive?) Also what is with the realistic hands every time they want to represent humans? Why wouldn't the humans be cartoons too. Overall the series is stupid and especially the main character.

My three year old wishes he could visit Bikini Bottom. He loves Spongebob and Patrick and Squidward.

at first i didnt like it but kid told to sit down w them to watch SPONGEBOB SQUARE PANTS and now we watch at least 4 time a week

Certainly not me, i mean what happened to the good old Looney Tunes?!?!?! Am I right mean the guy is like really annoying and this teaches kids to be stupid. No totally not cool.
