Like everybody else said, you'll only be able to hide it for so long.
You should tell your bf about it very soon. It is also his child. If you two don't agree on what to do about the baby, be prepared to part ways.
If you plan on keeping the child, you can wait a little while before you tell your family (until you figure out how to tell them). However, you should NOT WAIT to arrange proper prenatal care for you and your child.

You can't. Eventually, you will begin to show and it will be impossible to hide. You need to talk to a trusted adult. You shouldn't have to be alone during this time. You need to know and understand all your options before making any decisions. Call your local health department and make an appointment with Planned Parenthood. They can offer you the knowledge you need to make an informed decision reagrding your situation. Their services are free of charge and toally confiedntial. They will give you a preg test to make sure you are pregnant as well. Please know that you are not alone. Hold off on telling your boyfriend just yet. You really need a support stystem right now and I think that should be your family. In the mean time, you need to take care of yourself and the baby. Eat right and start taking a prenatal vitamin ASAP. You need to make that appointment with a health care provider today. Don't delay as it could cause complications later on.

What's the point of hiding the your pregnancy?. They'll still find out about it. You have to tell your boyfriend right away so you guys could be more prepared emotionally and financially. Your family should know too, and show them that you don't regret being pregnant and that you're happy because babies are gifts from God.

theres a law called safehavan law-if you dont want this baby, and decide to hide it, then once the baby is born you can drop him or her off at any hospital, police station, fire station, doctors office, that type of place and walk away without giving any info on you or the baby. They will not chase you or look for you afterwards. Its completly confidencial. They will put the baby up for adoption and do all the legalities without any penalty to you. Just thought Id throw this out there so you know this law exists for people who have unwanted pregancies and dont know what to do and dont want to seek help from anyone

Don't hide it! Be happy during your pregnancy, if your keeping it...
If you are stressed and trying to hide the baby the baby will have effects from your stress when he/she is born
On a good note, with your first pregnancy you dont show til about 4 or 5 months so think everything over and first think about what your going to do...

A pregnancy isn't something you should have to hide....a baby is a blessing. You should be up front and honest with your family and with the father....If you are planning on keeping this baby then the first thing you need to do is grow up and take responsibility. If the father freaks out...then you will need to be strong and capable of caring for this baby by yourself. Perhaps he should have considerd birth control if he wasn't prepared.
Good luck to you.

Sorry to tell you but you can't really hide it--especially when you pass the 3 or 4 month mark and start showing---believe me I tried, it didn't work. As for your boyfriend, you need to tell him, this baby is his responsibility too, after all, you didn't get yourself pregnant. Good luck

Don't hide it. That's always bad news. Your boyfriend is the father of this child and he deserves to know. You have to tell him.
You'll only be able to hide it for so long anyway.
Good luck.

you should tell him, if not anyone else. you will need someone to share this experience with... as long as you aren't a a psycho that will secretly give birth and then hide the baby in a closet... if that is the case you need serious help.
i say tell your family... a lot of times they dont freak as bad as you might think.
