waterballoons, not only can you have more fun with them but they cant harm you. Once when i used a helium balloon, my voice was like that for half an hour!! it freaked me out! Waterballoons are simply fun.

That's a tough one....I would go with water balloons because they can't fly away...plus, they are a symbol of summer. But helium balloons are cool b/c you can take in some gas and not get high but have a funny voice.

Helium Balloons are dangerous. I know of a party where they ignited and burned the child so bad she was in the hospital for a month.
