Ouch and yes! Do not try to pop them! Warm soapy water and a teaspoon of boric ascid in a boiled, but cool cup of water apply and let rest on affected areas. You may need to see a doc, hope you don'y have herpes!

But be careful that they aren't something else and if it doesn't go away soon get it checked out. Especially if you have been having unprotected sex.
