a prescription durg----androgel. see and endocrinologist or a urologist to have your testosterone levels checked and to receive a prescription for this meication. you will have to be monitored while taking this drug so that you know when your levels are improving.
believe it or not, although most men won't admit it, this is a common problem for many men.
best of luck!

There are patches, which are very hard to manuver, but, there is a testosterone gel called Testim 1%, it comes in a tube, one a day, and you apply it to your upper arms and shoulders, that is the best that I've had..

I tried Androgel, didnt' do s-h-i-t for me.
but I recommend for you to try the herb MACA from peru, try TONGKAT ALI extract 100:1 from malaysia, & try VIRALOID - an improved form of tribulus terristris. These will boost your hormones somewhat - results vary.
Do Google-serach for VIRALOID - buy MACA & TONGKAT ALI online or at vitamin store. get started and keep me posted by email if you succeed.

Steroids is the most efficient way. But legal options include getting enough exercise.

My husband also uses Testim. Before that, he was on Androgel. He has tried natural products, like maca, yohimbe, tribulus, and others and they did not help him.
