Sex change? Is there really a therapy regimen to replace the Y with a X in men, or the second X with a Y in women? Otherwise, there is no 'sex change', just a mutilation of the genitalia.
Not sure how if genital mutilation and hormone therapy are enough for a man to suddenly be considered a woman. Don't really thinkn too much about it.
Every time I think about it, I think that psychiatry / psychology has failed yet another person - cooperating with their psychosis rather than helping them recognize it is a false sentiment and that self-mutilation really isn't the solution.

Im not sure if agys need a sex change. I mean they are --gays, men. Men that marry "men".
