is there such a thing as a memory stick for a sony ericsson k510i?

Hia mate, I work at Phones 4 u, sell tonnes of these phones, unfortunately they don't have external memory, or a card slot to fit so even if you got a memory stick pro micro2 there would be nowhere to put it. When it was released the sony ericsson rep who comes round our store mentioned the reason there wasn't expandable memory for it was that it would cost the consumer £50 extra which defeated the whole point of having an inexpensive phone with decent features.

The only other phone I can think of that has the same kind of features with expandable memory is the Motorola V360, which in our shop is the same price as the k510, but that one doesn't have a megapixel camera. (should probably have spent a little more money and got a k750i)

Yes there is. Look for a Memory Stick Pro Duo. They are the same memory sticks that Sony PSPs use. You can get up to 2GB extra backing storage with that in your phone! (To all the answerers who say no, what do you think the little grey flap covering a memory-stick sized hole is covering? The big clue is that it says "Memory Stick" on it. You put the Memory Stick Pro Duo into there and close the flap, giving the impressiong of an extra amount of internal storage. Using a USB connecter you can transfer files to and from this stick via the phone if connected to a computer.)
