I know it is winter but I am going on a cruise and I really want to find a cute dress to bring. I saw a music video of the Cheetah Girls 2 "strut" music video and the dress that the girl Agua (I think was her name) was wearing and I LOVE IT!!! So if anyone knows where cute CHEAP (preferably) dresses are TELL ME!!!! thanks..
