This happened to me when I was a teenager. It's probably just from hormones. webmd is great for research. Remember that we all have weird stuff going on from time to time. Of course as your dr next time to make sure that nothing else is going on....

some women who have a tumor on their pituitary gland called a prolactinoma may cause this. It's also accompanied by an absence of periods. I know know someone who had this happen to her and she was not pregnant b/c she was precribed a drug called reglan (lactation seems to be a side effect) If you are on Rx meds, check out the side effects.

Yes, you need to see a doctor. Have you ever been pregnant? You could have a tumor on your pitutary that produces prolactin which would cause you to make milk.
