yeah u have one from revlon that does not have the sunscreen...
don't remember the actual name tho

I have a powder foundation that I occasionally wear that doesn't contain sunscreen, however, I always wear a moisturizer that does contain sunscreen.

why would you want that? you'll get wrinkles.
