If you're a virgin atleast we knwo that ur not pregnanat...but sometimes its normal to miss a period depending on what you put ur body thru e.g stress, lack of rest, extra activities and so forth. I missed a period b4 and i was perfectly fine, but if ur worried you shoudl see a doctor. Dont worry though you may just be extremely late or missed last month.

I have very irregular cycles. One month I'll have a period for a week and the next month I won't have one. Then another month, I'll have a period for 14 days and the next two months I won't have anything. I don't think there's too much to worry about, but you may want to check with your doctor.

Yes,sweetie. You are still fairly new at having your cycles.Generally, the first couple years your body is getting used to you having them. However,to ease your mind,i suggest you speak to your mother about possibly getting you an appointment with an obgyn for your first routine exam. You can speak freely with your mother about this sort of thing,as she is a woman and she has been right where you are now.Never be afraid to speak to her about your body or any questions you may have. She understands even if sometimes it seems as if she doesnt.Once you speak to her about this,it will open a door of communication throughout your teen years. Not only will it last throughout your teen years but it will last into your adult hood also.Embrace that, and speak to your mother about these types of issues. She is wiser, and you can learn alot from her.She wont always be around for you to ask questions and learn from. So,ask her and learn from her while you can.Good luck hun, have a good evening.

Jody is right, sometime it takes you body a few years to regulate your cycle, and some people never have a "regular" cycle (mine is very unpredictible). If it doesn't start within a week or two, check with your doctor.

At the beginning, it's not unusual at all that your period isn't regular. I had the same problems, but my doc told me not to worry. If this continues for a longer time, than visit a doc just to be sure.

it might still be straightening itself out. Give it a little more time. If you don't get it in the next 2 weeks, you should see a doctor.

I was like you when I was younger too, I still would be if I wasnt on the pill. Its normal, it will probably straighten itself up as you get older.
