I just started some college classes and I am really bad at math does anyone know any sites that can show me examples on how to do certain problems.

Find a tutor at your college. Just about every university has some sort of tutoring program avaible. Depending on where you are going to school these tutors may be graduate students or undergrads. I would say more often than not the tutors are better at teaching the material than college professors (especially at large universitys). Professors are generally there to do research and publish and many of them are just plain bad teachers.
Learning mathematics on your own from a book can be rather difficult. Having someone there to show you little tricks step by step is a huge help. Here is my number one piece of advice though... DO YOUR HOMEWORK! Alot of students I have had do a few problems here and there and feel that they know the material enough to take a test. Most of the time they are wrong.

Generally if you just google the types of problems you are working on (for example- "derivatives"), there will be sample problems, the answers, and the explanations.
