i sleep more than 8 hours a day, i always feel tired in the middle of the day and i can't overcome this problem, could somebody help me?

Try sleeping just 8 hours, drink more water and less caffine/sugar. Start a exercise regime. See if that helps.

I'd check your diet first, and then re-evaluate your exercise regimen. If everything there is good, you might look at other factors like stress, depression, or possibly even at the WAY you sleep... for example if you're a heavy snorer or some who tosses around a lot you won't get as deep nor as restful a night as someone who doesn't. You might even just be someone who needs that afternoon nap, millions of people around the world take that time out to rest or nap.

After considering all of this, if you feel it is something else you might want to contact a professional to see about getting down to the root of the problem.

Good luck, I know how frustrating and exhausting this stuff can be.
