Why did u give them up?? Are they yo yos??? Toys???? Did they come with a receipt??? U thought after the 30 days was up u could get them back huh??? Look at it from this perspective...... See if they are happy where they are. See if they are being taken care of. If they are they are where they need to be. Go and visit, make small steps before u just snatch them up after making that decision to give them to mom. I know this for a fact. I have been down on my luck before and it is hard raising children. I have made it work. Gotten out of my old situation and now we are great. U have to make the most of it. Just because u r doing better doesnt mean they will. Children act out. U may not notice at first, but watch, they will. It wont be pretty either. Pray hard and find some peace in yourself at first then go forward. I am not trying to be rude but do what is best for them and stay active in their lives first...... then if u can win their trust back bring those babies home.

You do not explain the reason why your Mom has custody of your children. If you want your kids back, you have to call child protective services so, that they can tell you what to do about your situation, because it is not going to be an easy task.

She got your children for a reason, What is the reason she has your children? Are you a fit parent and can you support and care for your children better than your mother? THAT IS THE ONLY WAY TO GET THEM BACK, GET YOURSELF TOGETHER!

They are children, not kids.
It really depends on why she had them in the first place doesn't it?
They are your children and your responsibility, right?
