What are the signs that your mate is cheating?

Watching all of these shows on TV (Jerry Springer, Maury, Montel, etc...) I see a lot of cases where men OR women cheat on their partners. What are a few signs that your partner could be cheating, and if you have had any experience in this. And do you think a relationship could be saved after cheating? THANKS>>>

And NO, Im not in a relationship.
I was just curious. Since I see this happening so much. How does one notice, before you end up on national TV!!!

1. The most common warning is when a partner tells you something is amiss and you don't believe it. He or she may say, 'This marriage isn't working,' or 'I am not happy.'
2. Sudden change -- or interest -- in appearance.
3. If your partner says, 'You need to see a psychiatrist,' 'You need help,' 'Get a job,' 'Lose weight,' or 'Go to the gym,' and is constantly critical, it's all part of the same theme -- which is that there is something wrong with you. Unconsciously, they are setting it up to say their partner was nuts and wouldn't even go for help. Another tip-off is when he or she starts picking fights about something you are good at, so you fight back and then he or she calls you argumentative.
4. Gives you guilt gifts.

If you get the cold shoulder at your spouse's company holiday party where everyone used to be friendly, it's a sign that his colleagues either know about the affair and figure you are on the way out, so why be nice? Or your partner has been making critical comments about you so they think you are no good.
6. When a partner is sneaking around a bit, it's a sign. Maybe he or she takes secret cell phone calls on the porch instead of using the phone by the bed, or maybe he is out on weeknights whereas he used to be home watching television. If you see that a person is not around that much and is gone on different nights, something may be up.
7. Sometimes people with a background of these types of things may be more likely to repeat them. There are exceptions and people can change patterns in their life, but if we are talking about red flags, history is a red flag.

Trust your GUT feeling. It is rarely wrong. A friend of mine said to me just yesterday, I do not understand how the same thing that is making you sad and causing you pain is the same thing that you want to keep. Do I think I marriage can be saved after cheating, YES! But when the trust is gone, it's no fun anymore. Sometime you just have to let go and move forward though it is very hard. Or you can at least let a few months pass and if you both are suppose to be together then you will, but do not try to force a person to be in love with you.

You should be able to see the signs for men and women like little red flags sticking out of their bodies, face and ears. It is easier for women to tell when her man is cheating on her than it is for a man to know when his girl is cheating on him. Men usually act kind of squirmish and mumble about when asked if they are cheating. Men usually dont want to talk about cheating. They make excuses for being out later than normal and its supposidly cause a buddys car broke down or something like that. The most important clue is they try to act normal. Remember though, its acting so you should be able to pick up on it rather easily.
Women tend to become nagging but most importantly they become distant from their man. If you see your girl looking out the window for long periods of times or longer than normal its cuz her guilt is eating her up or she's planning on how to leave you and blame it on you. They can become sweeter and nicer when making love so you don't complain and are too exhausted to notice. They tend to go through the motion of hugging, kissing,cuddling, etc... but men if you open your eyes you will know something is up. When you don't feel the womenly love of your girl, it means someone else has been munching on your girls cookies. One last thing. If you eat your girl out, it should taste the same to you always. If theres a big change in flavor, you might be licking something else too, hheee hheee.

Phone habits. It's the simplest factor to determine as good. Does he have his mobile on silent mode or became off repeatedly while he is round you? Particularly within the night? Does he maintain his mobile just about him normally? Is his msg inbox empty from deleted messages?

well, you could find strange earrings in your house like i did . .Unfortuanately my ex Husband was a cheater . There should be something in your house you've found already, that has caused suspicion .. A unknown phone # on a piece of paper . a cocktail napkin from somewhere you haven't been ..secrecy. Getting chewed out for a simple question . getting accused of cheating yourself . i don't know, a number of little things that add up . I hope he isn't for your sake .Good luck .

Honey if you have to ask the question than more than likely you already know the answer...You shouldn't need validation from a bunch of strangers...and yes I do feel like a relationship is salvageable after an affair..

When he comes home and you think he was cheating meet him at the door and perform oral sex on him. If you taste the other woman or latex (providing you dont use condoms) he is cheating. You could also check his undies for the smell of another woman.

it's not something i could forgive myself, but people do, i think you know the sign's even if you choose to ignore them... women have this sort of radar where their men are concerned. even if you think at the time you didn't know anything about it after a thought you probaly did..

You catch him in the bed, with the girl (or guy) clothes off penetration happening and his mother to verify its her son (with a birth certificate and blood work) Well then and only then can you say your mate is cheating.
