Would the traditional Thanksgiving sides go ok? You know, yams, dressing, cranberry sauce? Any suggestions is helpful.

Yes, anything that would go with turkey. My father always preferred duck to turkey, so that's the Thanksgiving meal I grew up with.

I have never eaten duck but in the UK it is usually served with orange sauce. Maybe you could try somthing along this line.

yup and thow in some greenbeans, smashed potatoes, corn muffins and some gravy and you're set! oh don't forget the pumpkin pie for dessert!
