I've followed MASH for years. I remember on BBCs Points of View years ago people writing in annoyed that the canned laughter had been "left on" Therefor i believe they all were and it is an option if it used or not. I have watched it with and without.

I think every single one was, if you mean fake laughter in the background. I don't think any of them were live.
I'm a HUGE fan of Mash and own almost all the seasons, and there are options to turn the laugh tracks off or on.

Yes, all of it.
Just another fan note for you, most of the series was quite obviously shot on a sound stage, but the 'on-location' shots, including the opening sequence of the incoming helicopters was filmed in the hills around Calabasas just north of LA.

It was all canned; M*A*S*H was not filmed before a live audience.
Quick trivia note- laughter was never put into any of the operating room scenes.
