it seems like he doesn't want to coach the steelers anymore, i hardly see the "angry chin" and when players make mistakes he doesn't go over and yell at them like he used to and it took him forever to take out holmes after all the fumbles he made against the broncos

Maybe he is satisfied, a lot coaches work those 12-18 hour days so that they can get the right. Cowher has his ring, perhaps Bettis is right, come the end of this year, Cowher will move to the Carolinas and retire. You need to possess a buring desire to work the hours and put up with the pressures of being an NFL coach.

Well, I haven't seen the "angry chin" much this season but boy has he been yelling this year (mostly at the officials)! Personally I think he knows this year isn't going anywhere special, and he's trying to build up the players (ex keeping in Holmes and Roethlisburger even when they have hard games) And with a season going like it's going, he probably already has yelled, and obviously it hasn't worked, so he may just be trying to ride out this losing streak. This may be Cowher's last year (I pray not, he's a great coach) and that might have an effect on both him and the players. But all in all, I'm still a loyal Steelers fan, they'll make a come back, probably not in this season.

Yeah, he is hurting my team by keeping this scrub in the ball game as quarterback. Look at the teams where there starting quarterbacks got hurt or were hurt and look at how well the backups are doing this year for there teams. It has been a year of the backup. But our dumb coach. . . . . . it frustrates me, talking about his airhead. Batch showed the first week that he was prepared and well equip to run the team until big head ben got himself back into last year's shape.
GOD BLESS YOU and pray for Coward. . . .i mean Cowher

He's in his office planning his retirement instead of getting game plans ready. He doesn't care anymore.
