I was not going to answer this question, because I felt that the answer was implied and then I read "The Wraith of God's" answer and I had to respond.

The economy may have been booming, but it is now done. A recession is looming, and I guarantee it will be here within a year. The yield curve is inverted (always happens before a recession), the stock market is overvalued, the housing bubble is about to burst, we have very low productivity growth, we still have inflation worries, etc. The only good thing is unemployment, but that is inflationary and the Fed will respond to that by raising rates, which puts people out of jobs.

We have not won the war in Iraq. There are hundreds of Iraqi deaths every day. I don't even need to list all the reasons why we're not winning there. I think everyone understands.

Why does it matter if Bush is religious? Have you ever heard of separation of church and state?

Bush has lowered taxes when he increased spending. This means a drastic deficit (and debt) increase and therefore the need for either higher taxes in the future or drastically reduced future spending.

He does not have a better terrorist record than Clinton - please reference the 3000+ deaths from 9/11. Furthermore, what does Clinton have to do with anything? Can you not simply judge Bush on his own accord?

I am English and I feel sorry for the American public.

They deserve a lot better than GW.

He can"t speak fluently, and can only say what his puppet masters have told him to say. On his own, he hasn"t got a clue.

That swagger when he walks, and that permanent smirk on his face are really irritating.

His Foreign Policy has been a disaster, and now the election results have gone against him (he really didn"t expect anything else did he) the blame has been put fairly and squarely on the shoulders of Donald Rumsfeld.

He has introduced legislation whereby anybody, and I mean, anybody, can be snatched from the streets and locked up with no legal representation.

The man is an absolute disaster and the sooner the next election comes round the better for America.

He's good at being a terrible president. He's also really good at sticking to his gut reaction even if it gets us in trouble. He's very stubborn and inflexible in policy... closed minded as well. I can't see any redeeming qualities in the man as president.

George Bush is not good in any way, well, except when he acts ridiculously stupid and then he's good for a laugh.

how do you think we got our freedom by standing back.

in the public eyes iraq does not deserve freedom like ours. we need keep fighting the terrorist for the people OF THE WORLD from the terrorist who rule it. and we are not dictator we are freedom fighters who fight for FREEDOM, JUSTICE AND LIBERTY. unfortunitly people lost sight of it and voted wrong yesterday.

and morally we are now also headed in the wrong direction. people need to be responible for their action and not blame it on science or the society.

finally for the budget there goes the state and national level budget and economy and our taxes. people what things to be in place for a better country and community. but who do you think we pay for it in the long run. we do with our taxes, not with the so called federal and state money people think we have.

country is in a mess thanks to the ungrateful american public who forget how our free
