I am not sure about where you live, but down here I have a feeling the mexicans are tossing something into it daily.

yes still tosses by hand. dont know about salads though!

I believe I had my salad tossed this morning and she was a former wendy's employee.

They are supposed to, but if there are salads left over from the day before, they will use them first.

i did get a tossed salad there just last week when i ordered my "great stuffed one". i guess it was fresh, but not enough dressing and way to many of those large bitter white chunks of lettuce. oh,, and spoons, lots of spoons.
