Has anybody wondered how someone in the position he is in, where everybody who is allowed close to him is thoroughly investigated by at least two federal agencies, could NOT be aware that one of his associates had a four-year tryst and drug binge with a known male prostitute? Of course he knew. Like his father who was "out of the loop" in the stinking Iran/Contra arms sale that made north a millionaire. I guess if you are the central point you are technically not IN the loop...
