Yes...but I don't think he outright lied. I think he severely exaggerated what previous leaders have stated in the past. Iraq is not exactly a new topic...

no. impeached means accused, not kicked out of office.
Also, it takes a 2/3 vote from Congress to get him out. Too bad so sad.
