I am 17 weeks, and I still end up on my stomach. It is fine as long as you are comfortable...it will not hurt the baby!!!
Congrats!!!

Someone could take a baseball bat to your belly and it still wont hurt the baby, so rest assured your baby will be fine if you do sleep on your stomach. Ive sleep on my stomach for my last 2 pregnancies and Im still sleeping on my stomach this pregnancy. im almost 30 weeks along. Do whatever feels comfortable to you, some doctors say not to sleep on your stomach or back, but really, they dont have all the updated information they need to make that kind of decision. Whatever makes you feel comfortable, go for that position, cause youll need your rest any way you can get it

You won't. If it's still comfortable for you, it's fine. The only reason to stop is because eventually it will be like sleeping on a bowling ball. Lots of women sleep on their stomachs well into their pregnancies.
It's also a myth that you can't sleep flat on your back. If you are comfortable, then the baby is fine.

i would stop already, you probably feel like there is a ball just sitting there. when you lay on your stomach you are limiting the space there is for your baby to move around. try laying on your side and get a body pillow for when you feel the need to lay on your belly. that way you won't actually lay on your belly . i found that very comfortable especially with my twins

My dr. told me not to lay flat on my back or stomach. That was at my 8 week exam. I have been dying to lay on my stomach, as that is my most comfortable position, but I have been sleeping kinda propped up with an extra pillow.

When you start felling unconfortable on your side or belly. It's not gonna hurt the baby. You'll feel more uneasy than the baby will.

As soon as it becomes uncomfortable. Don't worry about the baby, s/he is well padded.
