Is the Disney organization run by Mormons in the upper echelons? I don't mean run by the Mormon church, I mean by people who are practicing mormons. Just curious.

The Disney Corporation is built up of many different religous backgrounds. Many LDS folks work for Disney, yes, but I wouldn't say the company is ran by LDS folks.

I'm LDS and I used to work for Disney.

By the way, Michael Eisner is not LDS.

This is a link to an article discussing some of the influence LDS members have had on Disney, but I have yet to find anything linking them to the actual managing of Disney.

Of course, another famous producer, whoc has worked with Disney, is Mitch David. He produced "The Other side of Heaven" and the new Johnny Lingo.

I had heard once that Michael Eisner was LDS, but that could just be a rumor...don't know.
