What I really want to do is create my own line of clothes. I want to learn how to sew and make some designs I have drawn up. Im looking to you as a consumer, what makes your final decision on whether or not to buy an article of clothing?
Price, Comfortability, Style & Fashion appeal, popularity, Durability, overall fit, or if it makes you look slimmer or more shapely. Is there any one thing that you would sacrifice all the other factors for?
I am looking to create mainly a plus size line. For the plus size woman out there, would you feel like you would have a better choice for fit if you were allowed to shop for apple shaped clothes vs. pear shaped clothes?

Hugs and Kisses to you for wanting to create a line for the plus size girl!... I'm a size 14 and it's tough finding clothes that fir me right. My waist is small but i have hips and a butt. and it's hard!...
I look for clothes that compliment my body, something simple preppy yet classy, not to over the top, but at the same time unique!... then I look at the fabric of the clothing.. Is it washable? will it last? and most important IS IT TRUE TO SIZE???.. I'm an avid shopper at the Banana Republic, I love their clothes, fabric, style, and the fits... there shapley yet classic!
If I had to sacrifice one thing... it would probably be for shoes... Even if they hurt like H*LL, if they look good I will wear them!

I buy clothes that have a shape, thought I am shapely.
If you make bi bag clothes with designs on them, they will look just like that on the person.
I like stylish clothes,not too matronly but not too trendy, big women can't wear everything little women can,that's the truth.
Big women's clothes seam to be cheaply made and over priced. I An article of clothes that makes me look slimmer is fine, but I mostly want something that will flatter what I have without being skin tight,low cut,too short.
