my skin is really WHITE and everyone says i look ill
or is that just my natural colour that i have to get used to?
most people with white skin have some "pinkish" tone to it

you are maybe low on iron..eat leafy green veg..broccoli and spinach..go for walks in the fresh air..this will stimulate your skin and bring colour to your face.

Skin colour is not an issue for me (me being pale skinned too). Its the texture of the skin and the clearness for me. A natural healthy look is what looks best. To get this you need to eat natural healthy foods. Advocado is a great source of vitamin E, an excellent skin enhancer. I used to pooh pooh all the health fanatics but d'ya know what?...I tried it all, and guess what?...healthy eating boosts your health inside and your outside absolutely shines. You will notice the difference after about 8 days-2 weeks. You will have such confidence you wont even notice the colour of your skin, instead you will be so confident with your new face, and will be feeling great too!.

Your natural colour will not change that much, if at all.. but try eating more fruit and veg. should give you a healthy tone! Lots of water will give you a bit of a glow!

Try increasing your iron intake in case you're a touch anemic, lots of green veg. It might just be your natural complexion tho. I have taken iron supplements after a blood test showed i was lacking and even when my iron levels were good and high i still looked pasty!

its your natural colour so get used to it - the superficial society that we live in today may not find it appealing but tough s**t! One day it will be cool again- be proud of who you are and for being DIFFERENT to every other sucker!

You just need to get some sun.......nothing you eat changes your color.......you could get some of that fake tan stuff but I am skeptical about that stuff. Get some sun!

Red meat and protein. Brocoli, any dark green vegetable. This may help.
