I saw that episode of Grey's Anatomy, but I can't remember the name of the condition. I would do a Yahoo! search and type in : Spontaneous Orgasms ; medical conditions.
Putting in 'medical conditions' may help eliminate all of the sex websites that are bound to come up. It would be pretty cool until it causes you to wreck you car like the woman on Grey's did!!!
I know the term is NOT endometriosis, endometriosis is a condition that causes heavy menstrual bleeding among other things in women.

It could be "polymorphously perverse," a Freudian term for infantile sexuality, in which the child's entire body, not just its genitals, is a source of erotic pleasure. Many people think Freudian theory is for the birds, though. Other terms I've seen for orgasm without genital stimulation include "psychic orgasm" and "psycholagny."
