Farmers' Payments (England). Should the RPA pay the interest for farmers who have had to get loans?

RPA staff have been awarded bonuses for supposedly dealing with a major 'coque-up' which has not been sorted out yet. The CE is on paid leave, failed to turn up to a govt. hearing and is apparently stressed. So are many farmers stressed!

Should the RPA pay the interest on the large loans that some farmers have taken out to tide them over until goodness-knows-when? Why is the English RPA (allegedly) the least efficient agency in Europe?

Yes they should, as long as the farmer can show that he has not mismanaged his funds. In fact if the farmer has been doing a good job of managing the RPA should pay the whole loan back!

look outside your own industry, look at what they did to the fishermen, motor ind, steel you name it, the gove dont help british.they manipulate, do something to keep you quiet for a while
