This is so boring now this question is asked about 5 times every day why don't you look back over past answers to find out what people think.
Abortion is bad, if you were raped take the morning after pill.

I don't believe in abortion as a form of birth control. If a person was dumb enough to have unprotected sex then they should deal with the consequences. however in instances like rape, that's different. I had my son at the age of 19, and the whole experience was terrifying. I had very little support and did the whole thing by myself. however, i wouldn't change anything for the world. It was hard, but I did it, and im a better person for it. If your dumb enough to have unprotected sex, like i was, then at least have the baby and give it up. there are plenty of people that can't have children that would love to give your 'accident' a good home. Children are never mistakes. If people think abortion is an easy way out, i have a friend that went that way, and she says it was the hardest thing she has ever had to go through, and that not a day goes by that she wishes she didn't. My son is now almost 13 months old, and everyday im thankful for everything he does and all the joy he brings me.

For me, personally, no I don't. Even if the pregnancy was from a rape. A child is an innocent, guiltless being who does not control the circumstances of conception. That said, not givng women a choice will only create a dangerous black market for abortions. Abortion has been, and will always be, in existence. The least we can do is make sure people are safe from unscrupulous "doctors," and are given the opportunity to make an informed choice. But abortion has to have limits, did you hear about that woman in Virginia who shot herself in the stomach at nine months pregnant because she couldn't afford a third baby?

Many people here are saying their pro-choice. In many ways I'm pro-choice but not on how it is discussed here. I believe a woman has the power to chose what she does with her own body but I believe that they need to accept the results of their choices. If they chose to have sex then they should know w/ that there is a possibility of a pregnancy even if you use birth control. With that they already made their choice. If they do become pregnant they should accept the result of their choice and bring the child into this world. Now for the one saying why should a child come into this world if they aren't going to be loved I tottally disagree w/ that because the woman could put the child up for adoption. There are many childless couples out there that would love to have a baby. Why should a baby be sucked down the sink when it wasn't there choice to be concieved because a woman decided to have sex and not accept the results of that choice.

Now if a women had no choice in getting pregnant because of rape then I do believe in abortion because they didn't chose to have sex.

i do not believe in abortion at all even if u were raped. If you dont want the baby there are other ways you can help other then killing the baby. When you have the baby you could put it up for adoption. I think its rediculous that kids are trying to use abortion as a type of birth control

Wow! Lots of Democrats on here, huh? I have to say I'm pro-life. A baby is a baby not matter if it's a few minutes old or a few years old. They are beautiful little people who have their own personalities, hobbies, interests, sayings, the way they give kisses, smiles, laughter... I was 19 and had been dating my baby's daddy for 6 moths when I got pregnant with my first. I was barely out of high school and a freakin part time waitress and was terrified of having a kid. Know what? I did and it breaks my heart to think that I EVER considered not having that baby girl. A baby is NOT something that is a curse becuase you've done bad- it's a blessing and if people would get their heads our of their as s long enough (like I did years ago) they'd know that.

I'm pro life...I believe that abortion is murder...in the case of rape- It's still not the baby's fault...the baby didn't ask to be conceived but it just happened...there are so many people out there who's parents almost aborted them and didn't and they grew up to become some of the most successful people in history. I'm not saying that you'd have to love the baby or even keep the baby...but give it to someone who would love it...and who would love to have it because they can't have children of their own.

This is the strangest answer I will ever give. No, I do not believe in abortion, yet I have had one. And thank god it was there for me when I needed it.
The arguement for not aborting after rape is that it isn't the baby's fault.
