google the filename. If it's a virus-turd, there will be plenty of chat about it.

Otherwise you can open it with notepad and look inside for clues. You won't blow anything up by doing that.

It is part of SP2, I don't know what it is for but it is a text file so you can open it with notepad to look in it.

its a log file, and part of windows system leave it be.

folder in systems registery file be carefull in there delete the wrong thing and your in trouble
