mr bungle is definitely obsure, but they have broken up so if you looking for a newer band check out Peeping Tom or Fantomas? Melt banana is also very great.

what bands do you normally suggest?
Lovedrug is a larger local band where i live i'm not sure how big they are right now elsewhere... and they're oh so awesome.

its a band based out of lubic tx they play something inbetween country and rock the lyrics are meaningfull the guitar licks are clean and the bassest plays like he has something to prove the band is levi smith good luck finding them though

hmm, what do you mean by "strange"? i like band of horses. regina spektor is awesome, but she's getting more "known" (which sucks, i like my fav artists to stay unknown...haha) but she's definitely strange!
