I think that it is natural in women, there is evidence that Cleopatra found the relief/satisfaction in the cocoa plant.
There is certainly an amount of truth that it produces dopamine/seratonin whatever the hell it is called which gives a high.
Belive me if the lady requires that bar of "Galaxy,Dairy Milk," at early o clock that will bring her back from the edge I will walk to that all night petrol station!

it's an aquired taste. and it's mainly the cafine in the chocolate that you crave although it is descised as a desire for chocolate.
