how do you get the cellophane to stand up if your using a gift basket with no handle?

You can't shrink cellophane. There is a shrink wrap you can buy that you use a hair blower to shrink it. Getting the cellophane to stand up-you just gather it like a pony tale and tie a bow around it.

put a ribbon around it or thread it through the materials, also, take a rubber band or another ribbon and gather enough of the bottom to leave the desired top amount, pony-tail it, put band or ribbon or hot glue it to the bottom of the basket.

i would either tie up the celephane or startch... and get a shrink wrap machine...
