What are your tips and tricks? And no stupid answers please.
What do you like? What do you do? I am a guy. Any advice? Also, how can I make it apparant I like her more than friends?

Having a nice conversation with her first will start things off on a good note. We all love open communication because it builds trust.
Once you have this conversation with her, make sure to tell her how much you respect her sense of Trust and her sense of People. Tell her how much you value that about her too. Then give her the big hug to re-inforce this in a nice way.
Tell her how much her genuine friendship means to you as well. It is very important that she realize this about you too. Treat her like she is the most important person in the whole wide world too. My suggestion would be to take her out for a coffee. something nice just for you and her.

Not sure about you but I was always able to tell if a guy really like me with hugs, the strong but not to tight hugs I would get where they hug a little bit longer then your normal kiss, kiss hug hug type. Now that did not mean it went anywhere. There has to be chemistry to respond the way your asking.

It's all in the way you wrap your arms around her and where you place your hands. You need to embrace her while gently rubbing her back. Making a slight mmm sound is also nice. Like "mmm, that feels good".

Put one hand at the bottom of her back and one in the middle, squeeze with your arms, not just your hands. Put your cheek on hers.

What i do is hold them close, so their boobs are pressed up against my chest and hold their for a second.
