love is a very intamate word. you have to really care about the paerson before you strat saying you love them. first of al if you have ben dating this person for a really long time and he knows you inside out then yeah tell him you love him . another way of saying you love someone is to say it like this. your a really great person im so lucky to be with a guy like you you make my life complete. thats all it takes.

That is a natural thing to do, maybe she does not love him the same way. You cannot teach someone to say I love you if they chose not to.

If you cant say I love you, you probibly don't! Try something like, I enjoy spending time with you, or I think your neet!!!
