Depends how much time you want to spend with the people and how much you like them. Mini golf can take hours and you have a lot of time for talking, interacting and flirting (if you wish). A movie... you're sitting there side by side and not talking and just watching it. Also, depends on the movie. If you want to interact more, watch a comedy and you'll be laughing side by side and looking at each other more. A drama or sci-fi and you'll be watching the screen more.
