I am from another country. I think it is marvelous that the Democrats are now more in control of the Congress. Hope this will make the U.S. a bit wiser, or less stupid in dealing with the current world issues.

If you really want to know, why not survey the news websites of other countries? That would give you a much better idea than asking here.
BTW, to those who think we elected Bush twice: we didn't. He lost the popular vote in 2000, and only won Florida because democrats were bogusly removed from the voter registration rolls before the election.
The machines elected him in 2004 (with the help of various other kinds of election fraud).
This isn't a change; it's just that the republicans weren't able to steal this one.
