$ 500.00 rent is hard to find these days. with that price in mind to get a nice house are apartment will cost more unless you are willing to share the place with a roommate.

by all bills paid do you mean like utilities included? if so, you should ask a realtor who specializes in rentals. they can help you find a cheap house/appt with "all bills paid". this directory is really helpful if you don't already know any realtors in your area: http://www.idxbroker.com/news/256_IDX,_Inc._Introduces.php
